Tarrer Westies originate proudly from the Mac-Ken-Char line.
Jaimi and Joanne Glodek entrusted us with our first confirmation dog
(Ch Mac-Ken-Char’s Pride O’Shadow, “Max”) and through their lines
and with their guidance we have been able to produce structurally
sound, healthy, active and intelligent Westies. Breeding only
ever so often we search for breedings that will improve our line.
While we actively show in confirmation a companion with proper
Westies temperament is our primary goal. We proudly handle our dogs
in the Bred-By class to their Championship and beyond. Thanks
to the introduction of the Rise N Shine line through April
Geiseking we produced Ch. Mac Rise Elgin O’Highland “Elle”
and are now participating in agility and other performance events.
We strongly believe that a Westie is a serious commitment by
individuals understanding the breed and willing to commit the
time and energy to introduce one into their lives. Due to their
independence and abundance of energy a Westie may not be the breed
for you. Members of the West Highland White Terrier Club of America,
West Highland White Terrier Club of Greater Atlanta, Atlanta
Terrier Club and an associate member of the Florida Suncoast West
Highland White Terrier Club.
