Abby
Abby came into our lives last June, thanks to Bonnie West. She had been rescued from a
Florida family and where (from the information we were given) she had issues with men
and had nipped several people.
My 13 year Westie, Cameron, the love of my life and I had just lost our beloved Scotty,
Molly to cancer, we were really lost and Cam was not doing well at home without her. I
had contacted several rescue groups but no one had a Westie that fit what I felt would
be the one that Cameron would bond with. I must say that Abby was the one that God had
for us. We bonded immediately, she has made our home a home again. I do see several signs
of abuse that she has suffered in some of her actions, but we are working on those and we
love her more each day.
Thank you Bonnie, you were our guardian angel for matching Abby with us. She is loved
so much and we are so blessed to have her. Now we thinking about adding another Westie
for her to have to play with, she has just about worn Cameron out with all her energy.
