Casper
My name is Casper and I was kicked out of my home at about nine months old for
chasing the cats. I was adopted by my new Mommy and Daddy two weeks after they
married!
I came into Westie Rescue in good shape with an excellent coat and skin. In
addition, I'm kind of big for a Westie and have deep, big-dog bark, lovely
almond-shaped deep brown eyes, and a pretty pink snow nose. Mommy and Daddy
lovingly call me "Jumbo" and "Casper Delightful Dasper". A year into my life
at my new home, I had surgery to repair a luxated patella on my left rear leg.
However, I have recovered nicely and although I have some arthritis in that
leg, I'm fit as a fiddle.
Since my adoption I have learned good manners and earned my Canine Good
Citizen certificate. I also am one of the most enthusiastic Westies in our club when it
comes to my excitement over playing at Earthdog.
