Murphy
Sparky came to the rescue program because his owner's health. The owner had to also move closer to medical
facilities and into an apartment making it difficult for the owner to go up and down stairs to walk the dog.
I introduced Sparky to my 3 girls and they got along great. They enjoyed running in the yard.
He is a well-behaved dog who only worries when there are thunderstorms, and he loves being held.
When Sparky came into the program, the committee was looking for a rescue for a couple that had lost their westie
who had been adopted from the rescue program in 1994. When they came over to meet the dog,
I think it took about 2 seconds for them to fall in love.
They re-named him Murphy, and when he is not busy taking them for walks,
he is a fixture in their laps.
